胖達人前董事長莊鴻銘的書!!!
說實在的,這是一本不錯的書,熱賣的麵包都有提到。但用料上多有改良劑,材料多是現成的,是很好操作的商業書,去掉改良劑,慎選用料,就能作出好吃的麵包囉!
