脆皮香香麵包

少量的隔夜法式中種,加入高筋和法式各半的麵粉,再拌入少量的奶油和糖。2.5 hr 的長時間基發,切割成每個 250g,滾圓後再休息 30 分鐘,包入大量的發酵奶油乳酪塊,壓桿開來再對切,最後發酵80分鐘。
230 度 23 分鐘,具濃濃焦香的脆皮法式燒餅出爐囉。
