貴三三的焦糖鍋試用

昨天買了個
貴三三的焦糖鍋
,今天馬上試用,在義式蛋白 120 度下,鍋具果不期然沒有出現黑斑,強大強大!
117 度的糖水沖入微打發蛋白到微硬發泡,再拌入糖粉和杏仁粉,上頭再撒上杏仁顆粒,150 度 12 分鐘,完成!
